Hot Springs

Ankara is located in a unique place where a lot of underground mineral water is concentrated. They heat up and rise to the surface. Healing is not only water, but also dirt. Some doctors even recommend eating it! The surroundings of the Turkish capital are rich in these springs and enterprising Turks have long turned them into health spa complexes. Therefore, you cannot come to Ankara and not treat yourself to one of these hot springs.

Mausoleum of Ataturk

On October 9, 1944, the ceremony of laying the first stone of this building was held, which is dedicated and named after the first Turkish president Mustafa Kemal Ataturk. Today it is not only a mausoleum, but also a park, a museum, a collection of cars of the president himself. This is a tourist destination that is visited by more and more travelers every year. In order to independently look at the greatness of this building, you should climb up to the hill 1.5 km from the Tandogan metro station. It works from 9 to 17 every day. There is a lunch break from 12 to 13. Admission is free.

So, simple and familiar to us, Ankara managed to turn not only into a popular resort, but also into a city that is full of beautiful attractions. Very good-natured people live here, who will always help and tell you if necessary.
